Tea culture originated in China.

茶文化起源地為中國。

China is the hometown of tea. It is said that tea drinking in China began in the Shennong era, at least for more than 4700 years. Until now, the Han people still have the custom of using tea instead of ceremony.

中國是茶的故鄉(xiāng),中國飲茶,據(jù)說始于神農(nóng)時代,少說也有4700多年了。直到現(xiàn)在,漢族還有民以茶代禮的風(fēng)俗。

There are many kinds of tea made by the Han people: smoked bean tea from Taihu Lake, scented tea from Suzhou, ginger salt tea from Hunan, Xiajun tea from Shushan, frozen top tea from Taiwan, Longjing tea from Hangzhou, oolong tea from Fujian, Lu'an Guapian from Lu'an, etc.

漢族對茶的配制是多種多樣的:有太湖的熏豆茶、蘇州的香味茶、湖南的姜鹽茶、蜀山的俠君茶、臺灣的凍頂茶、杭州的龍井茶、福建的烏龍茶六安的六安瓜片等。

中國茶道的發(fā)展過程:

1、煎茶:把茶末投入壺中和水一塊煎煮。唐代的煎茶,是茶的最早藝術(shù)品嘗形式。

2、點(diǎn)茶,斗茶:較之于唐代煎茶,宋人更喜愛典雅精致的點(diǎn)茶藝術(shù)。由于宋代飲茶之風(fēng)熾熱,所以還風(fēng)行評比調(diào)茶技術(shù)和茶質(zhì)優(yōu)劣的“斗茶”,亦稱“茗戰(zhàn)”。中國斗茶始于唐而盛于宋,隨著貢茶的興起應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。

3、泡茶:元代人已開始普遍使用茶葉或茶末煎煮飲茶,不加或少加調(diào)料。這種簡便、純粹的“清飲”方式被越來越多的人接受,加上后來的沸水沖泡法,到了明代,就形成了“泡茶”這種飲茶方式,一直沿用至今。

Chinese tea has a history of over 5,000 years, during which a series of unique tea culture have come into being, covering from tea plant cultivation and conservation, tea-leaf picking to processing and sampling tea. Tea-leaves are mainly produced in the southern area to the Yangtze River for mild climate and fertile ground there, such as the provinces of Zhejiang, Yunnan, Guizhou and Fujian. There produce an abundance of renowned tea varieties, e.g. Longjin, Wulong, Pu’er, Tieguangyin. Tea culture is one of the common traits shared by all the 56 ethnic groups in China. Many Chinese people believe that a day is not perfect without a cup of tea. Either in the warm southern mountain area or on the frozen northern grassland, stuff like Gongfu tea, buttered tea and milk tea are all among the favorite drinks. Furthermore, both ancient and modern Chinese people tend to indulge in elaborating on poems, essays, dances and dramas on the tea. 茶在中國已經(jīng)有5000年的歷史。在漫長的歷史中,圍繞茶的栽培、養(yǎng)護(hù)、采摘、加工、品飲形成了一整套獨(dú)具特色的茶文化及相關(guān)藝術(shù)。長江以南是中國茶葉的主產(chǎn)區(qū)。浙江、云南、貴州、福建等地氣候溫和,土地肥沃,十分適合茶葉的生長,造就了龍井、烏龍、普洱、鐵觀音這些馳名中外的名品。 茶文化是中華多民族文化中的一個共同特征。五十六個民族都有飲茶的習(xí)俗。許多中國人在生活中不可一日無茶。不論是在溫和潮濕的南方山區(qū),還是冰天雪地的北方草原,工夫茶、酥油茶、奶茶都是人們特別喜愛的飲品。以茶為題的詩歌、散文、舞蹈、戲劇更為人們特別津津樂道。參考資料:
